A 2012-ben alakult JÜ az elragadtatás zenéjét játssza: sokszor szigorúnak tetsző, néha kifejezetten repetitív örvénylésből kibontakozó témáik, a pszichedelikus és noise rockból, némi folkból és telivér power jazzből egyszerre táplálkozó kompozícióik hihetetlen energiákat hordoznak. A zene felidézi a látszólag különböző indíttatású műfajok egymásra találásának aranykorát, de a JÜ a nyilvánvaló reminiszcenciákon túl korántsem a késő hatvanas, kora hetvenes évek fúziós zenéinek felidézésében utazik: a hangszerek lehetőségeinek kitágítása által a folyamatos jelenből egyenesen a jövőbe röpíti a transzba ejtett közönséget. Ezen az estén az együttes Horváth Áron Junior Prima-díjas cimbalmossal kiegészülve fedezi fel az ismeretlent.

Formed in 2012, JÜ plays the music of rapture: their themes, often seemingly austere, sometimes unfolding from repetitive swirls, their compositions drawing simultaneously on psychedelic and noise rock, a touch of folk and power jazz, carry incredible energy. The music evokes the golden age of seemingly disparate genres coming together, but beyond the obvious reminiscences, JÜ is by no means traveling down memory lane to the fusion music of the late 1960s and early 1970s: by expanding the possibilities of their instruments, they transport their spellbound audience from the continuously flowing present straight into the future. At this concert, they will set out to discover the unknown together with rising star cimbalom player Áron Horváth.
