What is the most difficult part of learning Hungarian? 🤔❓Many foreigners agree it is not grammar but pronunciation.🗣 So we dedicate this workshop to getting Hungarian sounds right! The good news is: Hungarians don’t just write the letters, they also pronunce them 🖊🗣☺
What are we going to do?
- Get acquainted with the Hungarian alphabet, focusing on letters and sounds that might be tricky
- Practice with a classic alphabet-poem (invoking our inner children 🧒
- Play „Hungarian Lotería”
- Use our imagination and associate sounds with colours and textures, and create a personal alphabet with yarns! 🧶🧵
With this multisensory experience you can actually feel the alphabet not just hear or see. Connecting memory, emotions and creativity helps to sound like a native.
The workshop is a not only for beginners, more advanced students are also welcome to join, have fun and sound like a native! Participants don’t need creative skills or high language proficiency to participate, we are going to assist with everything. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact Gabi
