The Wonder light team packed an ALL INCLUSIVE escape with hike and yoga to discover the beautiful Banská Štiavnica (Slovakia) - a town inside the old huge volcano, UNESCO world heritage site.
Program:
- Meet and great with the team and our personal driver in Margert hid parking lot.
- Arrival in Banská Štiavnica and quick coffee stop and cake at Kavárna Berg, a very authentic Slovakian boutique café.
- We will begin our hike by exploring the town center, home to ancient castles and the magnificent Calvaria Hill. Next, we will venture into the surrounding mountains, 'getting lost in the forest' while enjoying breathtaking views of the valley. Along the way, we’ll also encounter ancient mining tunnels, each with its own intriguing legend.
- Yoga class! Along the trail, we will encounter a special place featuring a mystical and natural installation of menhirs. This is the perfect spot to move our bodies and awaken our inner strength. Even if it's your first time, you’ll love practicing with this breathtaking view!
- We will finish our hike in the town where you can visit the oldest ruin pub in Slovakia, where you can choose to have dinner or quick snack and drinks
- Our private driver will then drive us back to Budapest ( Margert hid parking lot)
The hike is 9 KM, long with T1 terrain difficulty, means no big obstacles but requires some stamina to go through the trail. No big up and down either. Suitable for first time hikers.
Hiking time: 3 hours and 30 min with enough stops and rest.
The yoga class, it is for beginner and intermediate, it is suitable for everyone.
