A háromnapos workshop során lépésről lépésre vezetünk be a vertikális tánc világába:
- Hangolódás: közös légzés, körben ülve
- Bemelegítés: a földön, erősítő gyakorlatokkal, improvizációval, csoportos mozgással
- Biztonsági ismeretek: kötéltechnika, biztosítás
- Vertikális munka: mozgásformák a levegőben, improvizáció, térérzékelés
- Levezetés: nyújtás, relaxáció, visszatérés a földre

Join us for a 3-day immersive vertical dance workshop exploring movement, gravity, and freedom in an entirely new dimension!
🔹 About the Workshop
This workshop invites movers of all levels to discover the poetic beauty of flight through vertical dance. We'll start on the ground and gradually move into the air – connecting breath, body, and space throughout the process.
Each day includes:
🌬️ Breathwork and intention-setting in a circle
🤸♀️ Ground warm-up, strengthening, and improvisation
🧗♂️ Intro to vertical equipment & rope safety
💃 Exploration of vertical dance movement, spatial orientation, and air pathways
🌌 Creative improvisation in the air
🧘♀️ Cool-down, integration, and return to the ground

Rose is a dancer and educator with BANDALOOP, the legendary California-based vertical dance company known for their site-specific aerial performances on buildings, cliffs, and urban architecture.
