CONTEMPORARY DANCE OPEN CLASSES
Join me for a dynamic contemporary dance training, exploring movement, developing mobility, and practising creative expression!

📍 LOCATION: Jurányi Ház, Grabó Studio 100
My class is based on contemporary technique with strong influences from Art Jazz and Mattox techniques. It emphasizes the mobility of the entire body while consistently focusing on endurance development and achieving fluid movement. The structure of the class includes barre exercises, stretching routines, and concludes with a choreographic practice. The class is recommended for intermediate and advanced dancers.
About me:
I received my professional training at the Lyon Conservatory of Music and Dance and completed an intensive program with Raza Hammadi. In 2018, I joined the Budapest Dance Theatre and later worked as an independent artist with both domestic and international creative groups. My artistic work today takes various forms, including performance, choreography, acting, video work, movement direction, and coaching.
