On the 1-day workshop you will:
▫️ learn the technique of the Bars® treatment, unlocking stresslike nothing else;
▫️ give and receive 2-2 treatments;
▫️receive a handbook and a head chart;
▫️become a Bars® practitioner and can start giving Bars®treamtents for your family, friends, clients rightaway;
▫️be able to join Bars® swaps (where people give and receive Bars® treatments).
After receiving Bars treatment you might experience better sleep, less anxiety, incredible effects on depression, and a space of ease in general.
