Join Three Flames Kindred as we Hail the other of our primary patron deities, the first one who came from the meadow, Ingvi-Freyr, as we follow his wagon eastward, whereby he became the greatest hero, then mourn his death when he sacrifices himsELF for the harvest of the corn, and then celebrate his triumphant return in all of his power.
-We will be at the Scout Ring at Historic Stagecoach Park in Buda, TX, which is a stone circle, with a fire pit in the center, and the cardinal points marked in stone as well, perfect for a Pagan ritual! From the park parking lot, find a trail map at the park entrance to see where the Scout Ring is. It’s only about a half mile walk from there. Look for the windmill, we'll be just passed that.
-Please bring your own camp chair, if needed (though you can sit on the stones around the circle too). BringING some extra firewood is also always greatly appreciated. Sun hats, parasols, long sleeve shirts and/or sunscreen and hand fans are also recommended to beat the heat and sun. Also bring personal offerings for that time of the ritual.
-After the ritual we will have a picnic at the circle with sandwiches and sides.
Schedule
-10m - meet and greet and set up

This is stated in the 3 Flames Kindred Facebook page, but it bears repeating here: We believe that the Vanir are the loving gods. Therefore, there is no space for hatred in our kindred. We are an inclusive community and do not tolerate discrimination of any kind.
