Rider Balance Classes - for Horse Riders!

These classes are dedicated to you horse riders! This isn’t just your normal Pilates class, a lot of the exercises have been adapted to suit the needs of the rider.

If you have ever wanted to try it but felt you aren’t at a good level to start, well this is the block begin your journey. Every level is welcome, but this block takes us from the beginning and builds on it every week. You will understand more about your body, the asymmetries, how to correct them and translate it into your riding.

This block runs for 7 weeks, and each week focuses on different aspects of your riding, balance, mobility, control…the list goes on!

Nikki works as a physiotherapist too so can cater and adapt exercises for injuries, new or old.

All equipment is provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. A variety of equipment is used in the classes.

Cancellation: 24hours or more notice must be given to cancel. Less than 24hours notice, no refund or swapping classes will be allowed.
