About the event

MURPH 2025

Join Power Alley CrossFit on May 26, 2025 (Memorial Day) to complete the MURPH Challenge - a workout in honor of:

Lt. Michael P. Murphy, United States Navy (Naval SEAL) and all fallen service members who have lost their lives in the line of duty 🇺🇸

MURPH consists of a 1-mile run, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 air squats, and another 1-mile run. This workout can be completed solo or with a partner and modifications are available for any and all fitness levels.

Power Alley CrossFit is opening this event to the public for FREE! No better way to honor Memorial Day - doors open at 9am with the first heat beginning at 9:30am!
