Another week, another chance to hit the field and get after it! Our team's weekly tackle football practice is where the real work happens, and it's essential for us to be at our best when game day rolls around.
Every practice is designed to push us, individually and as a unit. We're talking about everything from intense conditioning drills to sharpen our speed and endurance, to detailed position-specific work that hones our techniques. Linemen are perfecting their blocks and tackling, receivers are running routes with precision, and quarterbacks are hitting their targets.
