Mother's Day Sound Bath & Meditation

Join us for a luxurious Mother’s Day "sound bath" workshop honoring the divine feminine within us all. Participants lay in restful postures and allow the vibrations of singing bowls and other sound healing instruments to wash over them. Invite your nervous system to slow down and ease into the energy of the season.

Participants lay supported by props in a comfortable position while the vibrations of singing bowls and other instruments help harmonize the emotional and energetic body. The vibrations help to shift stuck or blocked energy and restore balance to the body while you are guided into rest. Sound waves help to both nourish and energize the nervous system. They also help guide the mind and body into a state of relaxation. No experience necessary.

All are welcome. You don’t have to be a mother or with your mother for this workshop. Come as you are. This class requires a workshop pass. Members receive a 10% discount.
