Candlelight Restorative

Renew and restore in this Ayurvedic informed restorative yoga class surrounded by candlelight. Sink into fully supported postures with the use of props. Support the body in restful poses to help rebalance your nervous system. This is a nourishing experience that allows the body to fully relax. As seasons change, melt into your props and be present with your breath. Let yourself be taken care of in restful postures.

This monthly class requires a class pass. Come as you are. All are welcome.
