Family-Friendly Puppy Yoga!

Join us for a special Mother's Day edition of Puppy Yoga! This beginner yoga class is appropriate for people of all ages, and features an adorable group of puppies that will pounce and play throughout the class, providing extra stress-relief.

This class takes places during our Spring Fling: Plant Sale + Block Party, and we encourage you to arrive early to join in the festivities!

Participants will need to bring their own mat, however a blanket/towel can be provided as an alternative if needed. This class is open to all ages, however participants under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

All proceeds from this event benefit the animals of Midcoast Humane.
