Those who give deeply—whether as teachers, caregivers, helpers, nurturers, or simply by showing up fully in life—often lose sight of their own needs and joys. This afternoon retreat invites you to step into the role of a compassionate observer in your own life, noticing your emotions, actions, and desires with kindness.
Rooted in the wisdom of the natural elements, each part of this experience is designed to help you reconnect with your inner landscape and the world around you. Through gentle yoga, guided meditation, mindful walking, and experiential practices grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and self-compassion, you’ll replenish your energy, cultivate resilience, and rediscover the joy that nourishes your spirit.
What you’ll receive:
An intentionally chosen stone to amplify your experience
Hands-on, tangible mindfulness tools rooted in ACT and self-compassion.
Movement through gentle yoga and a mindful walk.
Time in nature while walking and practicing a water release ritual.
Moments for guided meditation and reflection.
A take-home gift bag with goodies to continue your journey at home.
It is hard to put into words how nourishing this afternoon together will be, but we are confident you will leave feeling restored, renewed, and reconnected with yourself. You will also have valuable tools you can immediately apply to support your well-being in everyday life.
