Community Aerial Flow Class with Vanessa

Support the new Aerial Teachers and get a half price Aerial Flow Class in this Community Class! Join Vanessa to decompress and lengthen your spine! This is a great aerial class for beginners and all levels. Community classes are taught by rotating aerial teachers who are newly certified and excited to introduce you to the benefits of aerial yoga. It is unlike a ‘regular’ yoga class because we use the aerial hammock to support and decompress the spine and joints with some gentle strength building.

Please do not sign up for aerial yoga if you are pregnant, have very high or very low blood pressure, have had any recent surgery or herniated or slipped discs or received botox within the last two weeks.
