Break Battle

Calling Collie's best wannabe b-boys and b-girls for a one-on-one breaking battle for your chance to win a share in $500 in cash prizes. Pull out your smoothest top rock, up rock, power moves and freezes to classic breakbeats.

The competition will kick off at around 10pm.

One-minute qualifiers will be held in a round-robin fashion to narrow the field to our ultimate Breaking Battle of a 1 vs 1 competition. All music will be selected by the competition DJ.

This year, we're also running a solo section where you'll be able to request a song to break to (meaning you can choreograph your best kangaroo, snake or echidna moves).

Prizes will be awarded for moves, costume, originality, and crowd pleasers. So get your moves and your Breaking name ready to get down!
