Voice, Crystal Tones Bowls, Rav Vast Drum, Koshi Chimes, Elemental Sounds (Shakers, Water), Harmonium, Medicine Drum, Tuning Forks, Clay Ocarina and more.
Through dropping into deep presence, Georgette will use some of these ancient tools, guiding us through multi layered soundscapes, to embark on the introspective journey that our soul will choose to go. When exposed to a consistent, harmonious sound, the body's cells and systems tend to synchronise with that frequency, through a process called entrainment. This supports the body in moving into the parasympathetic nervous system, activating cellular healing to occur.
Energy.
Sofía will guide a gentle journey through breath, meditation, and energy work, creating a safe and nurturing container to soften into the body and listen deeply. As we access the subtle layers where the subconscious speaks, she will offer Reiki and intuitive touch to support the nervous system and activate an alchemical process of self-healing — allowing what’s ready to be felt, released, and restored.
