National Senior Health & Fitness Day

Stay healthy and fit as you age! We encourage active older adults (50+) to bring a friend and experience the Y together. You can try a new workout, have fun playing pickleball, socialize while sipping coffee, or learn about a variety of wellness topics.

Be sure to take advantage of free blood pressure checks, InBody assessments, and hearing screenings, too! Our staff will also be available to answer your questions about Y programs and memberships.
