Do you feel pain when you exercise? Your workouts shouldn’t hurt.

Left untreated, injuries can lead to long-term damage and discomfort. Meet with a physical therapist from PT Solutions to get a professional opinion about pain that may be related to your previous injuries. The functional movement assessment will identify range of motion issues and help determine the best options for preventing further injury.
