Ready to learn a cozy, creative skill from one of the best? Well-known local crochet artist and 50-year crochet veteran Colleen Hasselbach is launching a new, five-week beginner workshop
Starting : Wednesday August 20th through September 17th
Time: 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Where: Oak Ridge Stables. 1413 Garber Rd, Broussard LA.
A working barn offering a quiet air conditioned space to take in the country view as you learn to crochet. You’re welcome to bring a small snack and drink of your choice. Refrigerator available.
� WEEK 1: Discovery Class
Try it out before you commit—no supplies needed! Colleen will provide a crochet hook and practice yarn for the first class.
- Fee: $25– paid directly to Colleen no later than class day.
- Langiappe: field trip to Hobby Lobby’s yarn aisle, where she’ll share tips on yarn types, hook sizes, and what to look for when shopping. Date and time to be determined at first class.
� WEEKS 2-5: Dive Deeper
If you love the Discovery Class, continue your crochet journey with four more hands-on sessions.
- Series fee: $100 week 2-5 (non-refundable, paid in advance to reserve your spot).
� Class sizes are limited for personal coaching, so reserve early to ensure your seat.
