-How to stack and fill a multilayer cake

-How to carve multilayer cake

-How to work with Fondant

-How to carve a sphere shape

-How to air brush

-How to use various mediums for facial features

-Working with isomalt will be demoed for eyes and water droplets

-How to create edible sand

-and so so much more......



Cake stands 8" tall and sits on a 18" cake drum
