🌙 Yoga, Self-Care & the Moon

Ever noticed how your energy and mood can fluctuate through the month, or that special 'magic in the air' during a bright, full moon? Join me for an afternoon of yoga, meditation, and reflection as we explore the lunar cycle as a guide for self-care and inner balance. Together we’ll look at how the rhythms of the moon can support our own cycles of energy, creativity, rest, and renewal.
In this small, nurturing group of no more than 10 participants, you’ll have the chance to slow down, tune in, and connect with both yourself and others in a warm, supportive space.
✨ What’s Included:
• A simple guide to the 4 lunar phases and their emotional/spiritual themes
• Exploring how the moon connects to intuition, creativity & self-care
• Lunar-inspired yoga and meditation planned for the phase of the moon at the time of the event (e.g. Chandra Namaskar & restorative flow)
• Journaling prompts for reflection and renewal
• Creative practice: making your own full moon ritual and soothing moon bath soak with essential oils
This will be a cosy, community-based workshop held in the local village hall, with seasonal refreshments and treats provided. Please bring your yoga mat, a notebook and pen, layers for comfort, and an open heart.
