An invitation to gently step out of the busyness of summer and return to yourself — to your essence, beneath the layers of roles, responsibilities and patterns that can so easily take over.

This day offers a space to pause. To soften. To reconnect.

Together, we’ll explore a blend of seasonal practices designed to support your body, mind and energy at this point in the year.

The day will include:
*A seasonally aligned yoga practice
* A deeply restful restorative yoga practice, followed by Yoga Nidra.
* Mindfulness meditation
* A short seasonal teaching, exploring how we might care for ourselves through the energy of summer
* A simple and easy mindful craft, allowing you to drop into a creative flow and take something meaningful home with you
* Guided reflection time, offering space to listen to your inner voice
* A nourishing two-course lunch
* A selection of drinks and light snacks

By the end of the day, my hope is that you leave feeling a little more grounded, nourished and connected to yourself, so that you can move through the rest of the summer from a place that feels steady and aligned.
