An Evening of Movement, Sound, and Blooming Stillness

Join us for an evening of Qigong and Gong.
You’ll be guided through a gentle Qigong practice to awaken the body’s energy and quiet the mind, followed by a deeply restorative gong bath to carry you into a state of deep relaxation and harmony.
