Reformer Pilates for Equestrians with Fuerza studio

I'm really looking forward to this unmounted clinic! I have teamed up with Fuerza reformer pilates studio in Much Wenlock to offer a fabulous session for equestrians.

Let's work on you to better help your horse!

What is reformer pilates?
Reformer Pilates is a low-impact workout performed on a specialized machine called a reformer, which uses a combination of springs, pulleys, and a sliding carriage to provide adjustable resistance and support.


In this session we will work through exercises to help improve your strength, flexibility, posture and co-ordination. The full-body workout provides a greater body-mind connection through controlled, mindful movements.

The exercises will enable you to identify any areas of weakness that may effect your riding or highlight where you may be stronger on one side of your body than the other which can dramatically effect your horse and which rein they find easier.
