RMSC IMPACT EVENT: Kaju Concepts - Powerful Self-Defense ($35)

Drawing on Kenpo Karate and Aiki Jujutsu, this workshop will introduce you to the rapid, fluid movements of Kenpo Karate and the use of leverage and joint manipulation of Aiki jujutsu. Deepen your understanding of common movement patterns, and improve economy of motion to create powerful and effective self-defense techniques.
