• Morning Flow Yoga — gentle movement to clear and soften the body
• “Shake Off the Shoulds” — somatic movement to release tension + trapped energy
• Reverse Tie-Dye Ritual — bring your own black shirt (optional add-on shirt available on-site)
• Symbolic “unbecoming” practice through bleach art — no rules, just release
• REST + RECEIVE Healing Sessions (all included):

• Infrared Sauna Blanket (lay-down style)
