Persephone's Return: A Workshop of Spring Renewal

Join us at the Brooklyn Apothecary on Wednesday May 7th at 7pm to dive Intothe archetype of Persephone and explore personal renewal, emotional alchemy, and feminine sovereignty.

In Greek mythology, Persephone’s return from the Underworld marks the arrival of Spring — a season of renewal, awakening, and transformation. This workshop invites participants to explore their own “underworld” journey: the moments of descent, grief, or shadow they’ve navigated through the winter… and to honor the strength, wisdom, and desire now ready to rise.

Persephone’s Return is an experiential workshop guiding participants through the mythic and embodied journey of descent and return. Timed with the season of Spring, this workshop offers a transformational space to process what’s been lying dormant and consciously step into a new chapter with power, clarity, and softness.

This workshop is designed for women and femmes who are: Emerging from a season of change, heartbreak, or burnout // Seeking to feel more grounded, empowered, and in tune with their emotions // Interested in embodiment, mythology, archetypes, and inner work // Ready to reconnect with their aliveness and reclaim their power this Spring!

Blending mythology, guided reflection, and archetypal inquiry, this experience supports participants in:

• Reclaiming the parts of self that were hidden, shamed, or suppressed
• Exploring the emotional and spiritual meaning of “inner winter”
