Join us for an evening of judgement free, no training needed, group improvisational music making that offers a breather from the holiday rush. In this 90 minute gathering, music therapist Dan Saks and Guster's Brian Rosenworcel will guide the group through spontaneous percussive music creation designed to explore the practice of mindfulness. Together we will slow down, pay attention, and notice what arises. No musical experience is required, just a willingness to listen, play, and explore.
