Welcome to another Intro to Somatic Practice & Movement Workshop!
You are invited to an intentional, explorative, and safe space as we learn practices to experience and honor our bodily sensations. We will learn somatic fundamentals and ease into simple and accessible movement and body centered healing techniques. Whether you're new to somatic practices or looking to deepen your understanding, this workshop is perfect for all levels.
Join me at The Brooklyn Arts Exchange Studios located at 421 5th Ave in STUDIO B. As you enter, please tell the receptionist you are here for STUDIO B Somatic workshop. This workshop is on Sunday July 14th, 2 PM - 4 PM.
