Join Us for the Greenpoint Open Studios Art Professionals Kickoff!

Join Greenpoint Open Studios (GOS) for our first ever Art Professionals Kickoff event at Yashar Gallery to start the weekend!

Enjoy complimentary coffee, bagels, and a boozy cocktail courtesy of our sponsors, and receive a GOS tote bag with your printed open studios map to start your day off right.

Curator Hayley Ferber will provide a VIP walk through of the exhibition, Echoes, which features the varied practices of 11 local artists.*

You'll have a chance a mingle with your fellow art professionals (gallerists, curators, journalists, etc) before checking out the artists' studios. Following this kickoff, you're welcome to explore GOS on your own or join a curated tour led by ArtHap, which will leave from Yashar Gallery at noon.

About Greenpoint Open Studios

Greenpoint Open Studios is a grassroots effort that aims to provide a free and open platform for local arts that builds, sustains, and supports the thriving creative community in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

For one weekend, hundreds of artists and designers open up their studios to the public to showcase work in a wide range of mediums. From paintings, sculptures, film, photography, weaving/textiles, ceramics, and more, there are seasoned artists to be visited and emerging artists to be discovered in the northernmost tip of Brooklyn.
