Early Intervention Program: The Early Intervention Program helps young children (birth to 3 years) who are not learning, playing, growing, talking or walking like other children their age. The program works with your family to set meaningful goals for your child and create a service plan to help your child and your family meet those goals.

NYC DOHMH Family Wellness Suite: A safe, welcoming, and supportive space for birthing individuals and their families to connect with community resources and city agency services for support.

Neighborhood Health Action Centers: The New York City Department of Health's Neighborhood Health Action Centers in Brownsville, East Harlem, and Tremont offer a variety of resources and programs to address residents' health needs. These neighborhood resources bring together healthcare providers, New York City agencies, and community organizations and programs under one roof. The Action Centers streamline connections to programs and services by providing a one-stop shop for community residents. They also provide community groups with a space for community organizing and planning.
