Join us for a special Mental Health Month gathering at one of Brooklyn’s coziest bookstores. We’re bringing together Cry, Baby author Benjamin Perry and Sob Parlour founder Anthony Villiotti for an honest, eye-opening conversation on the power of crying.
Expect a Q&A with the author, a heartfelt exploration of how intentional crying can be a tool for emotional release and mental wellness, and space to reflect, feel, and connect. It’s not your typical book talk—it’s a celebration of the tearful, the tender, and the transformative.
🍷 Beer and wine will be available for purchase
📚 Signed copies of Cry, Baby available
✨ Come for the conversation, stay for the catharsis
Let’s rethink what it means to fall apart—and why it might just be the healthiest thing we do all month.
Also check out other Health & Wellness events in Brooklyn, Arts events in Brooklyn, Literary Art events in Brooklyn.
