Join , , and for a fun-filled day of prioritizing health and wellness in Prospect Park! Enjoy music from iconic DJ Juwandi while learning about your health and wellness workshops.
Health screenings and testing will be available in Brooklyn's Backyard for BMI, blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, A1C, vision, hearing, behavioral health, depression, anxiety, substance use and more. Plus, vaccinations will also be available for Shingles, COVID-19 and Influenza.
This event is part of Connect2Care, which provides access to health services to New Yorkers who are under or uninsured to connect our community to primary care services, and information on important health conditions.
