Coach Bina’s Awakened & Alignment Class

Join me on Tuesday, August 6th at 12:30 PM for Coach Bina’s Awaken & Alignment class… a powerful midday reset designed to help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner fire.

We’ll be working with the energy of the midday sun… that golden window between 12 and 3 PM when the sun is at its highest point in the sky… the most energizing, illuminating part of the day.

But don’t worry… we’ll be indoors with AC, so you’ll be moving in comfort while still tuning into that solar power within.

Expect a blend of gentle grounding stretches and intentional breathwork… with just enough power woven in to awaken your core, your center, and your purpose.

We’ll close with a beautiful sound healing session using therapeutic frequencies to help your nervous system settle… your heart soften… and your body fully receive everything you just released.

This class is about movement… awareness… energy… release… all guided with love, music, and flow.

Come as you are… leave recharged, realigned, and glowing from the inside out.
