What To Expect
After a backstage tour of our whole-animal butcher shop, our butchers will break down a forequarter of beef (the chuck and the rib section) while we illuminate where all your favorite steaks like flat iron, ribeye, skirts and manymanymany more come from.
Participants are encouraged to ask questions, share recipes, and talk back.
What’s Provided: Beverages and light charcuterie as well as a notebook, class knowledge pamphlet, and a coupon for your next visit.
