Breathwork for Birthworkers

As birthworkers you constantly hold space for others. This is a space that holds space for you.

Join us for a special practice, curated to nourish and restore birthworkers. We'll be guided by Liana Naima a beloved spiritual wellness practitioner, gifted intuitive healer, and retreat leader devoted to helping people return to their joy through breathwork, energy healing, and mindfulness.

With over a decade of experience guiding soul-nourishing journeys, Liana creates sacred spaces where people soften into presence, shed the weight of old stories, and remember the truth of who they are: energy dancing in human form. Rooted in both ancient traditions and modern healing techniques, her work weaves intuitive guidance, somatic healing, and meditation to support deep emotional release and spiritual awakening. Liana invites her clients into a life of profound love, presence, and playful embodiment — a homecoming to the soul.

This soft landing welcomes all experience levels. We recommend bringing a water bottle, and wearing comfortable clothing you can move in. Mats and props are provided, but you're always welcome to bring your own. Every time you sign up, you're making a commitment to return to yourself with compassion and care, and that’s a beautiful thing.
