Bed-Stuy YMCA Healthy Kids Day

Healthy Kids Day is the YMCA’s national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids and families. For over 30 years, YMCAs and their communities host free community events aimed to inspire kids and families to keep their minds and bodies active throughout the summer months and beyond.

Enjoy family games, activities, fitness, crafts, giveaways and more! ❤️FREE and open to the public. All are welcome!

Healthy Kids Day is also our largest Summer Camp Open House of the season! Come learn about Y camps, meet our staff, and take a tour of our facilities. Register and pay in full by 4/26 and get our 10% early bird discount!

• Carnival Games
• Face painting
• Balloon art

Scheduled Activities

• 10:00am to 10:30am Cookshop (All ages)
• 11:10am to 11:50am Kids Yoga (5-12 years)
• 12:30pm to 1pm Water Safety Land-based (All ages)
• 1:00pm to 1:30pm Express CPR Training with FDNY (All ages)
• 1:00pm to 1:30pm Soccer Demo (6-8 years)
• 1:30pm to 2pm Soccer Demo (9-12 years)
