A Celestial Evening Sound Healing Meditation (Sacral Chakra Activation)

Join us for Celestial Sound Healing: A New Moon Morning Meditation on Saturday August 9th at 9:30 AM in beautiful Prospect Park.

This sacred outdoor experience is a gentle invitation to pause, reflect, and realign beneath the quiet wisdom of the new moon. As the sun rises and the world is still soft, we’ll gather in community to honor this powerful time for inner reset and renewal.

Led by Queen Nu of The Nu-Being Experience, this 90-minute journey will open with grounding breathwork and intention-setting, followed by a deeply restorative sound healing immersion featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, vocal tones, and other vibrational instruments.

You'll be guided through a meditative experience designed to soothe your nervous system, balance your energy, and reconnect you with your body, spirit, and intuition. Whether you're moving through a major life shift or simply seeking a moment to exhale, this ceremony offers you space to soften and begin again.

Please bring a blanket or yoga mat, a pillow for comfort, water to stay hydrated, and an optional journal or crystal to hold your intentions. The exact meetup location within Prospect Park will be shared via email upon registration.
