During this incredibly special Sound Bath experience, Steve Turner will guide you through an ancient Mayan process of purification with the help of a sound healing ceremony featuring rich, live tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, rainsticks, chimes, rattles, and beautifully melodic acoustic guitar playing 🎶.

Class will start with light stretching and breathing techniques, flow into deep restorative yoga postures that are still, deep, quiet, and meditative – a perfect complement to our sound bathing, and ease into a long Savasana where you will be fully immersed in the healing sounds of drums, guitars, gongs, rattles, and crystal singing bowls.
The atmosphere will be unhurried, internal, and relaxed, lit only by warm candles and twinkle lights, with a focus on self-exploration and discovery. 🕯️✨
