Gamba Gamut at BEMF 2025

VdGSA will once again host the Gamba Gamut! This is a FREE three-part community event, open to all. (Please note this is not at Old South Church as first publicized.) Stop by for as much or as little as you like.

9:45am: Instrument Petting Zoo
Meet all sizes of the viola da gamba! Open to all. Suitable for kids, families, all ages.

10:30am–12pm: Concert
VdGSA members share short sets of varied music featuring the viol. Anne Legêne, Tina Chancey, and others will perform.

12:15pm: Community Play-In
Come and read simple and traditional English consort music (all are welcome!). Come and go as you wish. Some viols will be available to borrow.
