All Levels, Ages, and abilities most welcome! Never tried Yoga? Are you a seasoned Yogi? This class is a perfect space to practice in for everyone.

🐣Enjoy a gentle flow ALL LEVELS Vinyasa class with the joy of Baby goats!
🐣DESTRESS . UNWIND. REJUVINATE. With memories that will last a lifetime!
🐣What the Class entails- 50min vinyasa flow Class with Baby goats mingling and bouncing off us Yogis with 10minutes for extra cuddles and pictures!
🐣need a mat? Yoga blocks? No problem! Let me know I have extra mats for $3 rental!
