This unique class combines the soothing benefits of warm water with the power of social connections, offering a relaxing space for those dealing with chronic pain to unwind, share experiences, and support one another.

*You don’t need to take part in the soak/swimming session to join the social part afterward. We’ll also have a guest speaker, offering valuable insights and support those struggling with sleep health and hygiene.
