Evening Yoga Nidra

Experience the sun setting over the formal gardens as you immerse yourself in the enchanting realm of Yoga Nidra. This blissful practice combines meditation, visualisation, and intention-setting, guiding you on a journey of deep relaxation and self-discovery. Designed for everyone and all levels, whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, Yoga Nidra welcomes all.

The session will begin with a meditation, breathwork and some gentle Yin Yoga moving then into 30min – 40min Yoga Nidra.

Experience the profound benefits of "yogic sleep" – one hour of Yoga Nidra equals four hours of regular sleep, making it exceptionally restorative.

Please bring additional blankets, cushions, socks, eye pillows, and warmer clothing. Imagine you're going to be lying down for a long time, so make yourself as comfy as possible.
