Yoga in the Orangery

Relax and let go of stress and tension in the historic Orangery in a yoga class with local teacher Emma Blunston of Be You Be Yoga.

Emma will guide you through a 60-minute yoga class, perfect for beginners and those who want gentle morning practice. The class will combine gentle yoga movement, meditation, mindfulness and relaxation, all while you listen to the sounds of nature in a historic building. It really is the best way to start your morning.

Please bring extra blankets for additional comfort for any knee issues due to the floor being a harder surface.

Please be aware that you will be practising yoga in a historic natural space at Hanbury Hall, so wildlife will be around, such as bees, birds, and butterflies.

Please bring your own mat. Booking essential.
