Cultivating Connection with Fatma Miotti & Anton Dennis

Join Fatma & Anton for a heart-opening journey of movement, mindfulness, and community at our ‘Cultivating Connection’ workshop. Designed to deepen your sense of unity both within yourself and with others this workshop will blend synchronised flow, whole group and partner poses, journaling, guided meditation, and a soothing sound bath to leave you feeling truly connected.

Through breath and movement in harmony, we’ll explore how yoga fosters togetherness, trust, and support. Our group and partner work will encourage playfulness and cooperation, while journaling invites personal reflection on the power of connection. Following the fun, expect to close with a meditation on unity and a short, restorative sound bath to integrate the practice, allowing you to leave feeling grounded, open, and fully in tune with our beautiful Breeze community.
