About the Venue:
Being held in the elegant Grade II Georgian Mansion within the stunning grounds of Beckenham Place Park. It is easily accesible from London and the South East via train. Beckenham Junction, New Beckenham and Lower Sydenham are all about 15 minute walk from the park. If arriving by car, there is parking inside the park (park and pay), or parking is free in nearby streets. We’re discreetly located but perfectly placed for easy access.

What to Bring:
Please wear comfortable clothing (leggings/tracksuits) suitable for gentle movement.
Clothing and footwear appropriate for walking outside (we cannot predict the weather!).
We will provide yoga mats, however feel free to bring your own and a blanket for additional comfort during the Breathwork session, should you wish.
About Sarah
Sarah (Aspire Health, Fitness & Wellbeing) is a Certified Menopause Practitioner for Lifestyle Solutions (Nutrition, Exercise, Stress Management & Sleep), Health and Fitness Coach and Level 3 Personal trainer (CIMSPA), with a strong focus on supporting women in maintaining their health, fitness and wellbeing through different stages of life.
Since becoming a qualified menopause practitioner, she has been working closely with women in midlife to help them understand what menopause is, what's happening to their bodies and how lifestyle solutions can greatly improve their wellbeing by either reducing or eliminating symptoms they may be experiencing and reducing health issues later in life.
Sarah believes that with the right knowledge, support and lifestyle tweaks women can feel empowered to move through their next chapter of life with confidence and vitality, and become the healthiest, happiest, most confident version of themselves.

Kathleen is a compassionate and skilled Breathwork Coach (YogaBody) and Holistic Life Coach (TCA) with a degree in Psychology (Open University) and extensive experience in guiding individuals toward greater well-being. As a certified meditation teacher, she combines evidence-based techniques with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection to help clients reduce overwhelm and create lasting balance in their lives.
With years of experience supporting individuals in managing stress, anxiety, sleep challenges, digestion, energy, and mental focus, Kathleen empowers clients to regulate their nervous system and live more present, intentional lives. Her unique approach blends Breathwork, mindset coaching, and holistic practices, allowing clients to pursue their dreams with confidence—without compromising their personal and professional commitments.
