Life moves fast. Seasons change. Your story continues to unfold. And somewhere along the way, you’ve been capturing everyone else’s memories — but rarely your own.

This journaling workshop is your opportunity to pause, reflect, and begin preserving your own story — one that’s shaped by experience, grounded in values, and ready to be remembered.

Using 5–10 personal photos (printed or digital), we’ll guide you through creative journaling prompts designed to help you:

Reconnect with moments that shaped who you are
Reflect on what you’ve learned, lived, and believe
Begin telling your story — as a powerful act of clarity, confidence, and legacy

This isn't about writing a formal memoir, but about reflecting on the wisdom and insights from your life's journey for personal growth, empowerment, and to create a meaningful record of your personal legacy. You'll leave with journal entries and photo reflections that serve as a treasured keepsake – the invaluable first "pages of your story" you'll cherish and may wish to share.

Bring a journal or notebook, a favorite pen, and 5–10 photos that feel meaningful to you.
