I’m so excited to announce that The Fit Womb’s first in-person Mat Pilates class kicks off Monday, August 18th right here in Tulsa! 🎉

These classes are designed for all women—whether you’re new to movement, returning to fitness, or just craving a mindful space to get stronger, move your body, and feel amazing.
