Herbalism for Beginners: Sore Muscle Rub

Learn all about the medicine of the plants that go into one of our most popular salves. You'll learn how to slow infuse a carrier oil with both fresh and dry herbs, how to create a gentle yet powerful salve for sore overworked muscles, and how to use it. Participants will leave with a 1 ounce tin of their own hand-crafted sore muscle rub.



Investment per person is $25 which includes supplies.
